Healthy Smoothies Using Allergy Friendly Foods

I have always wanted to try all these healthy smoothies recipes but most of them use almond butter as their source of good fat. I am allergic to all nuts so that is not an option for me. Then they do not use dairy instead almond milk. Last some of them use cocoa powder I am allergic to chocolate as well. Here are some recipes that are healthy and tasty with my substitutes.
VANILLA CHAI
- 1/2 c chai tea (brewed from a tea bag and chilled)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp *SunButter
- 1/4 c unsweetened *Good Karma Foods Flaxmilk
- 1/2 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- water to blend (optional)
APPLE AND SUNBUTTER
- 1 tsp *SunButter
- 1/2 Pink Lady apple
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1 c unsweetened *Good Karma Foods Flaxmilk
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- 3 ice cubes
- Water to blend
